CS Foundation Exam Dates

CS Executive Course

The CS executive course focuses on various areas related to law, including commercial law, company law, general law, tax law, accounts and audit practice, and securities law. CS Executive: Syllabus 

The CS executive course syllabus is divided into two modules, namely Module I and Module II. Each module consists of four papers.

For candidates seeking admission for the CS Professional course, it is mandatory for them to come through the CS executive program successfully.

CS Professional: Duration

The CS professional course is the final stage of the Company Secretary program. The entire program spans three years, with the first two courses combined having a duration of 15 months. Similarly, the CS professional course also lasts for 15 months, completing the comprehensive three-year program.

This final course in the CS program focuses on advanced subjects and specialized areas, providing in-depth knowledge and skills required to excel as a professional Company Secretary. Through the CS professional course, candidates gain expertise in corporate governance, legal compliance, risk management, and other crucial aspects of the role.

CS Professional: Fee Structure 

The course fee for the CS professional course is higher compared to the first two courses. The registration fee for the CS professional course is INR 1500. Candidates also need to pay a fee of INR 500 each for exemptions from the foundation and executive program exams. In addition, the tuition fee for the CS professional course is INR 9500. Taking into account these components, the total course fee for the CS professional course amounts to INR 12,000.
