It is reported to have four different levels accordingly. Just after joining the program, Google provides you with 3X reward points in the first week. Then as you reach 249 points you will qualify for the first level which is bronze. The second is silver for which you need to collect between 250 to 999 points.
Third is gold for which you have to earn a minimum of 1000 points. After you reach 4000 points you will be upgraded to the platinum level. Your rewards will increase depending on these levels and you also get additional benefits with each increasing level.

To earn Google Play points you can buy apps and games from Google Play Store. Purchasing games on Stadia’s Android app will also bring you points. You can also subscribe to Google One on Android. Making in-app or in-game purchases and subscriptions will also earn you reward points. Finally, you can buy books with Google Play to earn play points rewards.
